Asher Responds: Brookhaven Is Better Than Zander Thinks
Hey guys!! Thanks for clicking on this, every read helps us out. So last month Zander posted his review "Brookhaven RP Review: Is It Actually Fun or Just Vibes??" and gave it a 6.5/10. I read it and im not mad, but bro there is SO much he didnt talk about. So let me explain.
First, what Zander got RIGHT. Brookhaven is way better with friends, there is no main goal, and yeah, some players just go around messing with everybody. He is also right that private servers and some houses cost Robux.
But here is what he missed.
1. The free stuff is actually a lot. Brookhaven has its own avatar editor right inside the game, so you can try on outfits and change your whole look without spending anything. Most of the cars are free too. You dont need Robux to have fun.
2. Jobs make roleplay WAY better. There is a jobs menu where you can pick stuff like doctor, police officer or chef. You dont get paid, its just your role. But when everybody picks a job, the story makes way more sense. One person runs the hospital, one person is the cop, and boom, now you have a real roleplay.
3. Make a plan. Zander said playing alone gets boring. Thats true if you just drive around. My tip: before you start, decide on a story with your friends. Like "today we run a restaurant" or "today there is a mystery at school." It changes everything.
4. Be SAFE with your bio. This is the big one Zander didnt mention. In Brookhaven you can set an RP name and a bio that shows above your head. NEVER put your real name, your age, your school or where you live in there. Make up a fun character name instead. And if someone is being annoying or weird, block them, report them, or just switch servers.
Who its REALLY for: Zander said younger kids and people who like stories, and I agree. But I think its also great for kids who are new to Roblox, because its chill and you can learn the controls without anybody chasing you.
Also, roleplay is lowkey like a writing assignment. The kids with the best stories are usually the ones who read a lot and work hard in school. So keep studying and keep your grades up, it makes you better at literally everything.
My score? I would give it a 7/10. Sorry Zander, I had to lol. Thanks for reading to the end guys!!
