Where Do My Video Ideas Even Come From??
Yo whats up guys!! A lot of people ask how I come up with new video ideas so often, so here is my honest answer. Spoiler: sometimes I DONT and I just stare at my screen for 20 minutes lol.
1. Make a series. When I did my Roblox Studio tutorials (the shop GUI one and then Part 2 with the close button and leader stats) I didnt have to think of a brand new idea every time. One idea turned into two videos. Series are a cheat code fr.
2. Try a new game or a really old one. My video trying to beat the easiest Geometry Dash level came from me just being curious. Sometimes trying a game nobody is talking about gives you a video nobody else made.
3. Follow trends, but make them yours. Shorts are where trends live. My short just a edit of me and the boys got way more views than most of my long videos. Honestly my shorts usually do better than my videos right now and I am still figuring out why.
4. Write ideas down on your phone. Ideas pop up at the worst times, like in the middle of class or right before bed. I put them in my notes app before I forget. Half of them are bad but thats ok.
5. Ask the people watching. If you dont know what to make, ask in the comments. Your viewers literally tell you what they want to see.
6. Not every idea works. I did making A movie in roblox on pc and roblox rivals [funny] and they didnt really blow up. Thats normal. You learn something from every video, even the flops. I have been called a noob many times and I still keep going lol.
Also real talk. Ideas get easier when your brain is actually working, and school helps with that more than you think. Studying hard and getting good grades makes you better at writing titles, planning videos, even editing. So dont skip your schoolwork to make content. Do both.
Asher helps me a lot too. When I am stuck I just call him and we bounce ideas back and forth until something sounds funny. Having a friend to brainstorm with is so underrated.
So if you wanna start a channel, just start. Make a list of ideas, pick one, and post it. Comment down below what video you want me to make next!!
